- Photos: pictures of your hair and inspiration photos you upload or send for a consultation.
- Booking information: appointment details you provide through our online booking providers.
- Automatic information: basic data such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics by our website platform.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and consultation requests, prepare quotes and recommend services.
- To schedule, confirm and manage appointments, including reminders and policy-related charges.

Your photos
Consultation photos are used only to evaluate your hair and prepare your recommendation and quote. We will never post your consultation photos publicly. Before-and-after photos taken in the salon are only shared on our website or social media with your permission.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Squarespace, which hosts our website and processes our forms.
- Online booking platforms such as Schedulicity and Vagaro are used by our independent stylists for their own businesses. When you book through them, the platform’s and that stylist’s own privacy policies apply.
- Google Maps and Instagram, which may load content on our pages.
We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our website uses cookies for core functionality and basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.
Data retention & security

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of harlowthesalon.com and to services provided by Shelby Chambers Hairstyling LLC, doing business as Harlow Hair Extensions & Color (“Harlow,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or booking with Shelby Vaughn, you agree to these terms.
Independent stylists
Harlow is a studio of independent stylists. Shelby Chambers Hairstyling LLC owns and operates the salon and provides Shelby Vaughn’s services. The other stylists at Harlow operate their own separate, independent businesses. They set their own services, prices, booking, payment and policies, and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Shelby Chambers Hairstyling LLC is not a party to your appointment or agreement with another stylist. Please contact that stylist directly with any questions about her services.
Pricing & quotes
Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may change without notice. Your final price depends on factors such as hair length, density, color and the overall transformation. K-Tip extension quotes are provided after a consultation and are based on the photos and information you share.
Consultations & K-Tip extensions
K-Tip extensions are booked by consultation only. Because each set is custom-ordered and handcrafted for you, please make sure the photos and details you send are accurate. Your quote and any deposit or payment terms will be confirmed before your hair is ordered.
Appointments & salon policies
Appointments with Shelby are subject to our Salon Policies, including the following. Independent stylists may have their own policies.
- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less notice, or not showing up, will incur a 100% charge of the appointment cost.
- Arriving 15 minutes late requires rescheduling and is charged as a no-show.
- To keep the salon calm and relaxing, we are not able to accept children.
Results & aftercare
Every head of hair is different, so results vary. Photos on our website and social media show real client results but are not a guarantee of your outcome. Following your stylist’s aftercare instructions helps protect your hair and your investment.
Website content
All content on this website, including text, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Shelby Chambers Hairstyling LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services such as Schedulicity, Vagaro, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
